The Types of Information We Collect

We collect several types of information on our Site. The information we collect depends on what services and features you use on our Site.

Registration and Transactional Data

Sharing / Referral

If a visitor elects to share our Site with a friend or use any other types of referral service available at the Site for informing a friend about our Site, we ask for the friend’s name and email address.  We will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting the friend to visit the Site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email (and tracking the success of our sharing and referral programs).  You and the friend may contact us at support@duceysoutdoors.com to request the removal of this information from our database.  When you request the removal of such information from our database, we will remove it within a reasonable time.

Interactive Community Features

Our Site may have consumer review postings, chat rooms, discussion boards, online forums and other interactive technologies that allow individual comments and messages to be tied to a visitor’s name or email address. Any information you post in these forums is public information and we cannot control what uses third parties may make of personal information you share in these forums.

Contact Us Information and Feedback

Payment Information

Please be aware that we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions.  For example, we are required to retain records relating to previous sales and purchases for financial reporting and compliance reasons.

What Else Should You Know About Our Privacy Practices

Children
